Consulting for different types of appraisals

Along with providing current property values, as part of our consulting work, Wetmore Appraisals also does retrospective value and prospective value appraisals. A retrospective appraisal places a value on a property at a previous point in time, such as, at the time of a divorce.

A prospective appraisal places a future value on a property, such as, when a person is applying to a bank for a mortgage for a home they intend to build. A prospective appraisal outlines what a property will be worth when it is finished, or at specific points of completion.
